The Psychology Department is currently recruiting graduate students who are interested in teaching the following courses for the 2008-2009 academic year:

• PSYC-115 (Personal and Social Adjustment)
• PSYC-311-Lab (Introduction to Experimental Psychology)
• HD-245 (Observation and Methods in Child Development: Early Childhood)
• HD-246 (Observation and Methods in Child Development: Middle Childhood)
• HD-247 (Observation and Methods in Child Development: Adolescence)

Successful completion of Psychology 630 (Teaching of Psychology) is required for all students teaching classes in the department. PSYC-630 is offered twice per year (once in the winter quarter and once in the spring quarter).

For those who are interested in teaching PSYC-311-Lab, successful completion of PSYC-640 (Advanced Methods in Psychological Research), PSYC-641 (Analysis of Variance) and PSYC-642 (Regression and Nonparametric Statistics) is also required. PSYC-641, PSYC-642, and PSYC-640 are offered in the fall, winter, and spring quarters, respectively.

For those who are interested in teaching HD-245, HD-246, or HD-247, you are required to demonstrate successful completion of an observational methodology course.
